Oscar de la Renta is maestro in gorgeous clothes ladies of all ages desire to wear, and I am among them. He produces both elegant day wear (as seen above 1, 2 and 3rd looks and in the 3rd look below) and simply fabulous evening wear (as seen on the 4th look above and 1, 2 and 4th looks below). Those dresses are chic and timelessly beautiful. Love them!
"Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening" - Coco Chanel

Fall 2009: Best Runway Looks (Part 14: N)
Naeem Khan
It was an amazing collection, I totally fell in love with it. So many exquisite gowns, it was hard to pick the best!
The dresses are fairy and the vest+skirt look is perfect for a weekend day out.
Nicole Miller
Some nice dresses by Nicole Miller.
First one is good for day, second and third are perfect for a coctail.
Nina Ricci
This Nina Ricci colleciton was the last by Olivier Theyskens and he definitely made it unforgettable - look at those shoes at least! It was dark, powerful and sexy, I loved it.

Fall 2009: Best Runway Looks (Part 13: M)
Marc Jacobs
Matthew Williamson
Moschino
It was neon-eighties at Marc Jacobs this season. There were party dresses in metallic leathers, full skirts, big shoulders, hooded coats and capes. Crazy! I tried to pick the looks you could wear straight from the runway.
Marchesa
Amazing collection, Georgina Chapman is one of the best in creating fairytale red carpet gowns.
I am in LOVE with the purple coat, it is so beautiful, it drives me crazy!
Marios Schwab
Electric prints and colors were seen at the Marios Schwab's show. Interesting cuts, shapes and prints, fantastic tailoring - it was a pleasure to watch.
The pink dress is my favourite.
Martin Grant
Going through this collection I came up with the result that I liked mostly pink clothes here, which is unlike me - I am usually quite sceptic and indifferent for pink. But here the shade is perfect (on the model at least) and I love the shapes of clothes.
Matthew Williamson
Matthew was full of colour - as usual. It looks like it's not fall at all here :) I like that optimism, however not so many numbers you can wear in this time of year in my region. But still - great show, lots of bright emotions.
Max Azria
I didn't quite like the whole lace and layering idea here at Max Azria (there were a lot of controversial looks for me), but I think these 2 looks are interesting and edgy.
Max Mara
Max Mara had clean and simple silhouette (sometimes too plain). I can't say that I'm a fan of this brand, their clothes are not interesting enough for me most of the time, but I like the idea of wearing fur over coat, and the pant suit is nice.
Michael Kors
Somehow I almost excluded color from my fave Kors' looks (there was plenty of it actually). I don't know why - I guess it's just that these black pieces are more interesting for me.
And the pink dress is fabulous!
Moschino
The navy pant suit is very cute, the 2nd look funky and reminds me of cartoons, and I absolutely like 3rd dress with an interesting embellishment on the front and the 4th jacket - also for it's embellishments, very rocky!
Moschino Cheap & Chic
I like the 1st dress for the color and the curious idea of wearing a belt; the color of the coat is so refreshing for this time of the year; and the 3rd look is good for going out.

Fall 2009: Best Runway Looks (Part 12: L)
Lanvin
I had sensed forties in this collection, and I liked it very much. Though on the one hand it has a bit of retro, I can absolutely see it on the streets and in the offices in the 21st century.
Loewe
The well-known leather goods company is taking clothing serious, and I've found these 3 looks the most interesting amongst their fall collection.
Louis Vuitton
Luisa Beccaria
Very gentle collection. First three - good for daywear, and the last dress is outstanding! Divine.

Siberian Fashion Week
This past weekend Siberian Fashion week was held and I was there sitting front row watching the shows. I have a lot on my mind to share with you, guys.
First of all - the show was really good, better than the spring one. I saw several very interesting and promising designers (some young, some experienced). I'd like to show you the most interesting pieces I saw.
The night started by the fur show. I am not that crrrrrazy about furs, but this coat is quite elegant, the picture doesn't give it enough justice though:

Than I liked one piece by Leonid Alexeev, very sexy! And if you ad a pair of tight black pants you can wear it to the office:
I was charmed by Olga Buzytskaya show, it was very positive and made me smile all the time it lasted :) Unfortunatelly not all dresses were pictured properly so I have only these 3 (the blue coat is my favourite!):
And last but not least was Dasha Gauser, I loved her geometric, sculptured dresses:
Now a little but very important notice to all models who are reading my blog: ladies, if you were chosen to walk the runway at a less or more important fashion show, please shave everywhere. And also if you consider yourself a model, take time to work on your body - some muscles and body tone in general had never hurt anyone, you know.
Anyways, the show was fine and fun, and most of the people were nice and friendly and smiled (!), which is unlikely in that type of social circus. So I had a great night :)

I've been absent for a while, but I am back now and I'm planning on sharing a lot of news with you. One of them: I've been to Siberian Fashion Week this past weekend, and I loved it, and I'll tell you much more about it in a short amount of time, so be in touch! :)
