Spring 2010: Best Runway Looks (Part 13: T & V & Y & Z)

Temperley London
Interesting dresses.

Tibi
I like these dresses because they are not banal, colorful and easy to pull off.

Tommy Hilfiger
These are the best shorts I've seen out of all spring'10 collections. I've also added a few men looks as they are really good.

Tory Burch
Bright daywear summer looks.

Valentino
I guess I can forget about the horror of spring 2010 couture show as if it never happened and just focus on the moment - spring ready-to-wear 2010 collection. It is quite beautiful, very gentle and feminine, with fantasy shoes. I can event say I liked the most of it.

Vera Wang
Nice looks and I like those jewelry pieces.

Versace

Candy looks, very yummy, very sexy. Very Versace.

Victoria Beckham
If you want a super-fitting, totally hugging your body dress - you can rely on Vicky. But I really hope she won't do these dresses-you-can't-breath-in over and over again as it'll get boring very soon. Hope to see something new and fresh from her.

Viktor & Rolf
Well that was quite a show! With all the visual effects they did, Viktor and Rolf had the most spectacular show of the season. The 1st dress I've included is quite wearable, and the rest are simply pieces of art.

Yves Saint Laurent
Good wearable clothes, nice color palette, comfortable materials.

Zac Posen

And finally we have Zac Posen with his joyful, colorful and playful collection. I really liked his dresses, would wear them with pleasure.

Resort 2010 (Part 12: S & T & V & Y & Z)

Stella McCartney

I love Stella because she created beautiful girly clothes, full of happiness and joy. She makes a girl look sexy and beautiful without giving her extra age or making her look tacky. Thank you, Stella!

Tibi
Quite a new brand for me with nice clothes for spring and summer.

Vera Wang
I like sequins, but they rarely look appropriate on clothes. Here at Vera Wang we have some feminine sparkling looks, and they look really good - everything is in the right place and sequins are in the right amount. Very nice.

Versace
LOVE this collection! I feel 60s here and I like that time, and I really like the way Donatella translated in into the modern clothes.

Victor & Rolf
Good looks for a young business lady, who wants to look business still looking feminine.

Yigal Azrouël
For some reason several designers this Resort season turned their heads towards turbans. Can't say that I am super excited with this idea - it's a difficult accessorize to pull it off apart from the runway. But sill it's an interesting detail, if you dare to wear it. Cosy looks here.

Yves Saint Laurent
Again some business looks with a hint of elegance. More mature if you compare them to Victor & Rolf's, for example.

Zac Posen
Another trio of nice looks for day wear by Zac Posen.

So this is it about the Resort 2010 season, guys!
Look forward to see the best looks for Spring/Summer 2010, they are coming really soon :)

Fall 2009: Best Runway Looks (Part 20: V)

Valentino

I miss Mr. Valentino, I can't help it... He was and is one of my favorite designers of all times and I greatly miss his incredible fashion creations. However, the duo of Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli made quite good ready-to-wear collection (they couture collection was marvelous). I've picked several looks as the best for me. Coats are just great. I must say that I like this team of designers better than Alessandra Facchinetti, who was the first to replace Valentino after he left his place.

Versace

I loved so many looks from Versace! The blue-ish dresses are the best!

Victoria Beckham

I must admit I liked Victoria's first collection better than this one. But we have several good dresses here too.

Viktor & Rolf

Viktor and Rolf are a very creative duet and personally for me their creations are not always really wearable,  but still they are very interesting to look at. And I've picked a good coat and an interesting party dress from Fall collection.
